The Men’s Fellowship has been meeting every Monday evening at 7.30pm since it was founded in 1963.
Membership is open to men of ALL AGES irrespective of Church affiliation. You would be made most welcome even if you are unable to attend on a regular basis. Our syllabus covers practically every subject imaginable and may be presented orally, by powerpoint, by photographic slides or by video. We also have musical evenings on occasions, for our enjoyment, as well as a theatre evening, a Christmas Dinner and a coach trip every session. Our meetings are very informal and the format is usually left to the discretion of the speaker. We commence each evening, however, with a scripture reading, a prayer, followed by a hymn after which the speaker takes over. We stop for tea around 8.30 and our meeting closes at 9.00pm with the Benediction.
Please feel free to come along if you see something in the syllabus that you are interested in, especially if you are unable to attend every week.
GO ON, GIVE THE FELLOWSHIP A TRY. YOU WILL BE MADE MOST WELCOME AND YOU ARE CERTAIN TO MEET FRIENDS YOU ALREADY KNOW.
