Congratulations to our Session Clerk Jim Vasey, who conducted the morning service on Sunday 20th January as the final part of the Word and Worship course he attended at Hamilton Presbytery. Two assessors from the Presbytery were there on the day, and following a debrief with them afterwards, they confirmed that Jim had passed the assessment, This means that he is now eligible to conduct worship in Uddingston Old without a Minister needing to be present. He will receive his certificate at a future meeting of Presbytery.
